Description
PatQuest enables analysis of paternity relationships in natural populations where data are available on maternal genotype, progeny array genotypes, and genotypes of candidate male parents.
The program was written by Thomas Meagher. Documentation for the methods used are contained within the program itself in the form of help files.

This program is only available for a Windows platform. It has been used most extensively under Windows XP. It has not been tested under Windows Vista.
