I am interested in cancer systems biology and bioinformatics. My current research project goal is to improve treatment of ovarian cancer patients. The aim is to identify pathways that are involved in pathogenesis of the disease and can guide effective treatment. Such pathways can advance our knowledge of cancer processes and provide biomarkers for improving patient treatment.
