Anne Anne watching birds I am an Senior Lecturer in the School of Biology at the University of St Andrews in Scotland.

My research is in the field of computational biology. I examine complex biological networks, developing and evaluating algorithms to infer functional interactions based upon observational data.

See my Research Page for more detail about my research and the biological networks which I study. I have also provided some background for the computational methods with which I work.

In addition to doing research in computational biology, I enjoy watching birds (on right).
