- Open to Scottish undergraduates. Deadline often around April 1.
- Nuffield Foundation Research Bursaries (Nuffield Foundation main page)
- Open to undergraduates in the summer before their final year. Deadline often mid-February.
- Wellcome Trust Vacation Scholarship (Wellcome Trust main page)
- Open to undergraduates in their middle years of study at UK or Irish Universities. Deadline often around March 1.
