“Hello everyone! My name is Sarah Harris and this week I commenced my employment with the University as Teaching Support Administrator within the School of Biology.

I recently relocated from Lincolnshire with my husband and two children, so it has been a very exciting time for us all! As well as being a qualified primary school teacher, I also have much experience working in both administrative and customer facing roles. I am excited to start my new role and feel I have a lot of transferable skills that will be of benefit to the school. I am a keen learner, and I am looking forward to developing my knowledge and skills in my new role.

I have a passion for the natural environment and enjoy long walks in the countryside with my canine friend Jasper. It has been a fantastic first few weeks in St. Andrews and there have been numerous walks on the West Sands!

I am currently located in the Biology Teaching Office in the North Haugh Hive, and am really looking forward to meeting and working with staff and students across the school and within the wider University community.”
